Conquering Cuisine

The cuisine of Naples offers something for all food lovers. From the sea to the land, the ingredients are combined to make simple, succulent recipes that celebrate everything great about Italian cooking. San Marzano tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, fresh seafood and pasta all play major roles. We'll use them all and some supporting ingredients to make five traditional dishes. Join us for this special session - part cooking class, part sit-down dinner, all fun! You'll be able to see elements of the menu demonstrated, ask questions, and get recipes for all the dishes. As a special treat, we'll select a wine to serve that will complement the menu.

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo early with some tasty tacos! We will serve them with some kicked-up sides to make the perfect family dinner.

- Tequila Flamed Shrimp, Fresh Guacamole and House Fried Tortilla Chips;
- Grilled Chicken or Shredded Pork Tacos with Tangy Slaw and Salsa Verde;
- Diablo Pasta (Bow Tie Pasta with Fiery Tomato Jalapeño Sauce);
- Drunken Pinto Beans with Bacon, Tomatoes and Chipotle;
- Romaine Salad with Roasted Peppers, and Queso Fresco and Croutons with Lime Caesar Dressing

In this demonstration class and dinner see each course prepared while sipping on refreshing margaritas. The evening wraps up with a tasty dessert from Maryanne Pastry Shoppe. Warm weather is right around the corner and you'll be able to get ready party on the deck with these delicious recipes. As a special treat, we'll twist up some great margaritas to serve throughout the meal.

Don't just eat brunch, experience it. Join us for a hands-on brunch class in honor of Cinco de Mayo. You'll prepare authentic savory recipes that are sure to start the day off right! The session begins with a South of the Border mimosa and then you'll work your way through Gorditas (a light, fluffy pastry stuffed with Mexican sausage) and an incredibly satisfying egg dish.

Bold flavors and great ingredients combine for the ultimate in bowl food. Thai cooking is highly regarded for its contrasting textures and flavors. We'll focus our attention on the different noodles, sauces, and seafood used and the proper way to prepare them.

Champagne and sparkling wines are perfect for celebrating any occasion - they add pizzazz to the party and come in a variety of styles to please different tastes. There are many fine offerings from Italy, Spain, and the United States made with the same intensive process as Champagne. In addition to tasting each, we'll talk about how it's produced, the grapes used, and what foods to serve with sparkling wine. These are interactive sessions intended to help participants build on their existing wine skills. The course will take a deeper dive wine lovers can use their sensory skills to better understand the likenesses and differences within varietals. You'll learn to describe wines like a professional by developing your senses - sight, smell, taste - giving you the confidence to identify wines with more accuracy.

Don't just eat brunch, experience it. Join us for a hands-on champagne brunch cooking class. You'll prepare both sweet and savory recipes that are sure to start the day off right! The session begins with a pomegranate mimosa and then you'll work your way through a sweet and crispy French toast, delicious panini and an to a other worldly egg dish.

Cooking with your child, enjoying family-friendly recipes and learning more about preparing healthy, delicious meals. In this fun and informative session parent and child will work side-by-side to prep and cook each of the items on the menu with the guidance of the instructor. The recipes are designed to teach basic techniques (knife skills, sauteing, sauce-making, etc.) that are beneficial to all ages. Each of the dishes prepared will enjoyed by the participants throughout the class. All equipment, recipes and ingredients are provided. Class runs approximately 2 hours and is geared for children over 10 years old.

Go on a pub crawl of English taverns without leaving your seat. The village pub is the true essence of English life, a place where people gather to celebrate, play games, or relax. We'll showcase the upscale items that are now being offered in many pubs, paired with a couple of traditional English ales.
